Extremely loud, incredibly close

I truly don't give a damn if I make you feel miserable. I'm happy because you brought me back, just as I did with you unexpectedly, and even unwillingly. You said I'm selfish, I agree,  but the fact is that we're both here, breathing and waiting, living for something that may never happen. Somewhere you long for me, I do the same, in absolute silence.
